Acceptance & Applicability of Terms
By using the 406 platform, you are considered to have automatically agreed to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the platform.
These terms apply to all users in Bangladesh. Anyone under the age of 18 is not permitted to use this platform. By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that you are using this service of your own free will.
- These terms apply in both English and Bengali.
- In the event of a dispute, the Bengali version shall be considered final.
- 406 reserves the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.
Account Creation & Security
To register on 406, you must provide accurate and truthful information. Creating multiple accounts under the same person's name is strictly prohibited. If an account is opened with false information, 406 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close that account.
Account Security Responsibility
You are responsible for keeping your account password and login credentials confidential. You may not allow anyone else to use your account. If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately. 406 will never ask for your password.
Account Verification (KYC)
Identity verification is mandatory before making a withdrawal. A national ID or passport will be required for verification. Withdrawal requests cannot be processed until verification is complete.
User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
Users must comply with the following rules while using the platform:
- Participating in any fraudulent, unlawful, or harmful activities is strictly prohibited.
- Exploiting any technical errors or vulnerabilities on the platform is strictly prohibited.
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts is strictly prohibited.
- Using bots, scripts, or any automated software to play games or conduct transactions is strictly prohibited.
- Attempting to engage in money laundering or any illegal financial transactions on the platform is strictly prohibited.
- Using the platform to annoy, harass, or harm other users is strictly prohibited.
In the event of any violation of the above rules, 406 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close the relevant account and take legal action.
Payment & Transaction Policy
All financial transactions on the 406 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). Deposits and withdrawals can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer.
Deposit Terms
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳100.
- Deposits that have been successfully processed are non-refundable.
- Deposits from third-party accounts will not be accepted.
Withdrawal Terms
- Account verification must be completed before you can make a withdrawal.
- Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 2–24 hours.
- Withdrawals may be delayed if the applicable bonus conditions have not been met.
- The mobile banking number must match the number registered on the account.
If a suspicious transaction is detected, 406 reserves the right to suspend the relevant account's transactions until an investigation is completed.
Limitation of Liability & Intellectual Property
Limitation of Liability
The 406 platform provides its services on an "as is" basis. 406 will not be liable for any service interruptions caused by technical errors, server outages, or internet connectivity issues. Game outcomes are determined by RNG technology, so no specific result can be guaranteed.
Any financial losses resulting from a user's own gaming decisions are entirely the user's responsibility. 406 will not be liable for any indirect or incidental damages under any circumstances.
Intellectual Property
All content, logos, designs, software, and brand materials on the 406 platform are protected under 406's intellectual property rights. No part of these materials may be reused, redistributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior permission.

Any third-party website links on the platform are provided for informational purposes only. 406 is not responsible for the content or policies of those sites.
Account Policy & Governing Law
Account Suspension & Closure Policy
406 may suspend or permanently close an account under any of the following circumstances:
- A violation of the terms and conditions is identified.
- The account was registered with false or incomplete information.
- Fraudulent transactions or activities are detected.
- Multiple accounts found registered under the same person.
- The user requests to close their own account.
You may request a withdrawal of any valid balance before an account is closed; however, 406 reserves the right to withhold funds that are under investigation.
Terms Update
406 may update these terms and conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Users will be notified of significant changes where possible.
Applicable Law
